Location Requirements

A seat must be provided for the performer along with a space that will allow the children to sit in a circle and have enough room to dance. An adult must be in the room with the performer at all times.

​Outdoor Parties

For an outdoor visit a shaded and covered area must be provided for the performer.  Outdoor visits are weather permitting and may need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions if there is no indoor location available. We highly recommend you have a weather plan as our regular cancellation and rescheduling policy will apply (see below).​

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your party and it is more than 14 days in advance, your retainer fee will be applied to your new booking or refunded.

If you wish to reschedule and it is less than 14 days before your booked date, there is an additional $50 rescheduling fee (to book a new date).

If you wish to cancel and it is less than 14 days before your booked date, your $50 retainer fee will not be refunded.

We appreciate your understanding as we have made it our priority to specially reserve your requested character for your date and time.
