Location Requirements

A seat must be provided for the performer along with a space that will allow the children to sit in a circle and have enough room to dance. An adult must be in the room with the performer at all times.

​Outdoor Parties

For an outdoor visit a shaded and covered area must be provided for the performer.  Outdoor visits are weather permitting and may need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions if there is no indoor location available. We highly recommend you have a weather plan as our regular cancellation and rescheduling policy will apply (see below).​

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

• More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund of retainer fee

• Less than 14 days’ notice: Retainer fee is non-refundable

Rescheduling:

• More than 14 days in advance: Retainer fee can be applied to a new date

• Less than 14 days before party: $50 rescheduling fee applies
