Location Requirements

A seat must be provided for the performer along with a space that will allow the children to sit in a circle and have enough room to dance. An adult must be in the room with the performer at all times.

​Outdoor Parties

For an outdoor visit a shaded and covered area must be provided for the performer.  Outdoor visits are weather permitting and may need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions if there is no indoor location available. We highly recommend you have a weather plan as our regular cancellation and rescheduling policies will apply (see below).

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your party and we are given more than 21 days notice, you will receive a refund of your retainer fee.  If it is less than 21 days before your booked date, you will not be entitled to your retainer fee.

Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your party and it is more than 14 days in advance, your retainer fee will be applied to your new booking.

If you wish to reschedule and it is less than 14 days before your booked date, there is an additional $50 rescheduling fee (to book a new date). We appreciate your understanding as we have made it our priority to specially reserve your requested character for your date and time.
