Covid Protocols


 

​   At all parties and visits...

  • A chair or couch must be provided for the performer along with a space that will allow the children to sit 2m away from the performer for the duration of the party.

  • An adult must be in the room with the performer at all times to ensure guests are keeping the required distance from the performer.

 

  • A COVID-19 screening will be sent by e-mail the week of your event, and must be completed at least 24 hours before the party.

  • Performers may choose to wear a mask at any time.

  • If any family members or guests have COVID-19 symptoms, have travelled outside of the country in the last 14 days, have been directed to self-isolate, or have been in contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days, the party must be cancelled or rescheduled.  If cancellation is preferred and payment has already been made, the client will be refunded in full.

  • If rules regarding number of guests, symptoms, and/or social distancing are not followed, the performer will not be able to stay at the party and no refund will be provided.

We are currently in Phase 3 of Ontario's reopening plan.

Maximum of 99 people (adults and children) outdoors

Maximum of 24 people (adults and children) indoors

  • For an outdoor visit a shaded area must be provided for the performer.  Outdoor visits are weather permitting and may need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions if indoor visits are not allowed due to provincial restrictions.  If cancellation is preferred and payment has already been made, the client will be refunded in full.

  • Payment must be made by e-transfer 48 hours before the event.
